Waiver
Waiver of Liability
Effective Date: August 13, 2025
1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk
By clicking “I Agree” below, you acknowledge and agree that your use of the facilities, equipment, and services provided by Tap In Golf Lounge involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, injury, property damage, or loss. You voluntarily assume all risks, whether foreseeable or not, associated with your use of the golf simulator, equipment, and any related activities conducted on the premises during our posted operating hours.
2. Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being granted access to the facility, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Tap In Golf Lounge, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to your use of the golf simulator facility and equipment, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage incurred by you.
This release applies to liability caused by the negligence of Tap In Golf Lounge or its representatives to the fullest extent allowed by law.
3. Use of Facility and Equipment
You agree to use the golf simulator equipment in accordance with all posted guidelines, rules, and instructions provided by Tap In Golf Lounge staff. You accept full responsibility for any damage to the facility or equipment caused by your misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on the premises.
4. Medical Conditions and Emergency Care
You confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in golf simulator activities. You acknowledge that Tap In Golf Lounge does not provide medical personnel or treatment on-site. In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize Tap In Golf Lounge to seek medical attention on your behalf, and you assume all costs associated with such care.
5. Minors
If agreeing on behalf of a minor, you affirm that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation, including the risks and liabilities outlined in this agreement.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tap In Golf Lounge, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your actions, conduct, or negligence during your use of the facility and equipment.
7. Photography and Media Release (Optional)
By clicking “I Agree,” you consent to Tap In Golf Lounge using photographs or video recordings of you taken during your use of the facility for marketing and promotional purposes, without compensation. [You may opt out of this clause by contacting us directly.]
8. Governing Law
This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, and any legal disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Grafton County, New Hampshire.

Tap In Golf Lounge – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the golf simulator and related services provided by Tap In Golf Lounge (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms that may apply to specific services, promotions, or activities.
1.2 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting in our facility or on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Use of Services
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2.2 Reservations
We recommend making reservations to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
2.3 Code of Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of your session without refund.
2.4 Equipment Use
Guests are responsible for the proper and safe use of all equipment. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse will be billed to the responsible guest for repair or replacement.
3. Payment and Cancellation
3.1 Pricing
Prices for our services are listed in our facility and/or on our website and may change without notice.
3.2 Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking or before using our services. We do not accept cash. We accept credit and debit cards only.
3.3 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 12 or more hours before the scheduled booking: Full refund.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking or no-shows: No refund.
4. Privacy
4.1 Personal Information
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Grafton County, New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
5.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Grafton County, New Hampshire.
5.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
5.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Cancellation Policy
Tap In Golf Lounge – Cancellation Policy

At Tap In Golf Lounge, we work hard to keep our tee times running smoothly so everyone gets a fair shot at enjoying our simulators. When a spot goes unused, it means another golfer misses out—so we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.
1. Cancellation Window
We require at least 12 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. This gives us enough time to offer your slot to another guest.

3. Fees & Refunds
12+ hours before your start time: No fee – full refund issued.
Less than 12 hours before start time: 50% of the booking fee will be charged (50% refund issued).
No-shows: 100% of the booking fee will be charged – no refund.
4. Rescheduling
Free rescheduling with 12+ hours’ notice.
Rescheduling with less than 12 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation (see fees above).
5. Emergencies & Exceptions
